Senior Global HR Business Partner (m/f/d) 100%
We are looking for a forward‑thinking HR leader with deep experience in global R&D environments, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels in a complex, matrix-organization. This role partners closely with the Chief Technology Officer, R&D leadership, Zone HR organizations and global HR centers of expertise to build a world‑class talent ecosystem that accelerates innovation, strengthens organizational capability, and supports long‑term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR leadership to the global R&D function, ensuring alignment with the corporate mission, vision, values and long‑term technology roadmap.
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a credible business partner across multiple regions and R&D hubs.
- Lead the full people agenda for R&D, including performance management, talent attraction, talent management, retention, succession planning, and skills development.
- Shape organizational structures, roles, and interfaces to support agility, collaboration, and efficient global execution.
- Drive capability‑building initiatives by identifying current and future skill needs, evaluating gaps, and prioritizing development actions.
- Provide authoritative HR advice to R&D leadership on complex organizational, cultural, and people‑related topics.
- Lead change management efforts for major R&D transformation initiatives, including digitalization and global workforce evolution.

Use data and analytics to guide decisions, monitor workforce trends, and support personnel cost planning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 15+ years of HR leadership experience, including significant exposure to global R&D, engineering, or technology environments.
- In-depths talent management knowledge, senior trainer and coach.
- Experience in a complex, multinational industrial or technology company; elevator or broader mobility industry experience is a must.
- Certified Coach and Training Facilitator
- Certified Organizational Development Manager
- Certified in usage, interpretation and application of various Psychometric assessments
