Your Impact
- Act as the strategic right hand to the Group Head of HR, anticipating needs, managing priorities, and supporting high-impact decisions
- Craft compelling executive-level presentations and communication materials that inspire and influence across the business
- Drive alignment and outcomes by collaborating with global HR leaders and cross-functional teams
- Take ownership of strategic HR projects, processes, or transformation workstreams on demand
- Champion our culture by acting as a trusted partner, combining operational excellence with emotional intelligence
We Elevate... Your Best Self
We’re looking for a high-performing HR professional with:
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, consulting, or strategic business partnering
- A sharp, conceptual thinker with strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- The ability to work with discretion, diplomacy, and a high degree of ownership
- A global mindset and strong stakeholder management across cultural contexts
- Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus
