Strategic Management Support (m/f) - Corporate Quality

The main responsibility in this role is to provide executive support directly to the Head of Corporate Quality and his team in the execution of their business resonsibilities. Main tasks include:


  • Managing and executing special projects as assigned by Head Corporate Quality and ensuring on time and professional delivery. These projects focus mainly on strategic initiatives within Global Corporate Quality
  • Providing data analysis and summary, secretarial duties for department meetings and workshops and administrative support for the Corporate Quality team
  • Designing and preparing of presentations and communications material, follow-up and expedite action items
  • Organization of company events, meetings and workshops

Mobility needs you

You are an excellent communicator with good analytical and conceptual skills who is a self starter with a positive energy and the motivation to make an impact. Further qualifications may include:


  • Masters degree in business administration or engineering
  • Experience in a multi-cultural, matrix-oriented corporate environment
  • Experience in the elevator industry or other engineering related industry of advantage
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office and/or other IT tools
  • Fluency in English, any other language of advantage
