We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
As part of the group sustainability office, you will play a key role in advancing our climate agenda by leading TCFD recommendation implementation, conduct climate scenario analysis, and improve sustainability and climate risk management frameworks, including environmental impact assessments and modeling.
Some of your exciting challenges include:

Designing and implementing a climate and sustainability risk management framework, identifying and managing related risks and opportunities.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate climate risks and sustainability into strategic decisions and staying updated on trends and regulations.

Leading TCFD recommendation implementation, working with stakeholders to assess climate risks and integrate them into nonfinancial reports.

Conducting climate scenario analyses and developing risk modeling methodologies to evaluate and quantify financial impacts on operations and supply chains.

Supporting the ESG Reporting Team with tasks such as carbon footprint calculation and environmental impact assessments, providing recommendations to senior management

Further requirements include:

Master’s degree in environmental science, sustainability management, mathematics, or related quantitative field.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar or consulting role.

Deep understanding of climate risks, carbon accounting, and TCFD recommendations.

Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards like ESRS, ISSB, GRI, and CDP.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Effective project management abilities, leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives end-to-end.

Proficient level of English and German
