Ready to turn your passion for sustainability into real impact and help shape initiatives across a global company?
Join Schindler's Global Sustainability Office and support ESG data management, sustainability reporting, and regulatory compliance. You'll gain hands-on experience contributing to sustainability disclosures aligned with frameworks such as CSRD and GRI while helping drive meaningful sustainability initiatives across a global organization.
What you’ll work on and why it matters

Support the collection, validation, and analysis of sustainability data and ESG KPIs that help measure our progress and inform strategic decisions.

Contribute to sustainability reporting activities, including drafting content and supporting disclosures aligned with CSRD, GRI, and other relevant standards.

Help improve reporting processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure high-quality and reliable sustainability data.

Research sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to support ongoing initiatives and compliance efforts.

Prepare presentations, internal communications, meeting materials, and coordinate activities across the Global Sustainability Office.

What you bring and what you’ll develop

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program at a Swiss university or in a Höhere Fachschule (HF) program, preferably with a focus on Sustainability, Environmental Sciences or a related field.

Strong interest in sustainability, ESG topics, and corporate responsibility, with a willingness to continuously learn.

Basic understanding of sustainability reporting, ESG metrics, or frameworks such as CSRD and GRI is an advantage.

First practical experience through internships, working student roles, projects, or volunteer work in sustainability-related areas is a plus.

Fluent English, German or additional languages are an advantage.
