Technical Lead Inverter Power Electronics (m/f/d)
We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
As part of our continued commitment to innovation and excellence in elevator technology, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Power Electronics to take full technical ownership of our elevator frequency converter product lines. This key role ensures design continuity, cross-functional alignment, and technical leadership within our Smart Controls team.
Your new challenges include

Leading the design and lifecycle management of inverter hardware and software solutions

Defining and coordinating technical specifications in collaboration with Product Owners and engineers

Serving as the technical point of contact for clarifications, analyses, and claims
-
Maintaining and updating technical documentation, including design files, code evidence, and change requests

Driving the technology roadmap in alignment with stakeholders and long-term product strategy

Supporting intellectual property activities such as patent inquiries and clarifications
What you bring
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative professional who thrives in a cross-functional and multicultural environment, communicates with clarity, and brings structure and leadership to complex technical challenges.
Further requirements may include

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Power Electronics or Similar

Extensive experience in power electronics, electronic product design in highly regulated industry

Strong understanding of design principles, component specifications, and product life cycles

Knowledge of Agile and Scrum project management methodologies, suitable for R&D projects

Proficiency in English
