Are you a creative and detail-oriented bachelor student with a passion for Inclusion & Diversity? Do you enjoy visual storytelling, data analysis, and organizing impactful events? If so, this role is for you! 

 

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized working student to support our global I&D initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to create engaging content, support events, and analyze data that drives meaningful change.

 

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

 

 

Visual content creation & communication

  • Create engaging graphics, visuals, and short videos for internal and external platforms. 
  • Support communication campaigns that bring I&D initiatives to life. 

 

Research & data analysis  

  • Track and report on event participation and content effectiveness. 
  • Conduct research to benchmark our I&D efforts with industry standards.

 

Event coordination  

  • Provide logistical support for I&D events, speaker coordination, and participant engagement.  
  • Assist with internal promotions and content updates related to I&D events.  
 

We Elevate... Your Best Self

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor university program (communications, design, business analytics, or related fields).  
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks independently. 
  • Skilled in visual content creation (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools). 
  • Comfortable with data analysis and research to support decision-making. 
  • Strong writing & editing skills in English (other languages are a plus!).
