What you can expect from us:
- In this role, you will be focusing to provide fulffillment support for strategic important and reference large projects in close cooperation with the respective country organisation. The involvement is valid for the different stages of the project execution and should ensure that a project is executed according to Schindler standards while a the same time know-how transfer to the country organisation takes place in order to increase the organisational readiness.
- Fulfilment planning for project manager & installation resources as well as ensuring highest level of competiviteness after project handover from sales department
- Active role in project execution including coaching and supporting country fulfilment team at the job site as required
- Overseeing the progress of the projects and provide feedback to the country organisation fulfillment team for continous improvement
- Support necessary troubleshooting by analysing the situation and technical status and actively assist the country fulfillment team in solving the problem for ensuring customer satisfaction. Continous follow-up in involved cases.
- Organise and support training for technical highrise elevator experts. This includes: candidate and project selection as well as tracking of the training progress
- On-Site technical support and training as required. Ensure that product change informations are distributed to country organisations and subcontractors
- Provide project specific Climblift support in execution planning phase as well as during the installation
- Fulfilment execution: Control operations and perform benchmarking via Schindler Standard Management Processes for large projects. Business health checks and implementation of improvements.
What makes you special:
- Technician or Engineering degree (B.Sc.) or comparable
- At least 5 years experience in large projects elevator industry, e.g. as Commissioning inspector, Site supervisor, Troubleshooter, Mastertrainer or similar
- Understanding and reading architect and structure engineer models and drawings
- Experience with destination control systems
- English C2 Proficient, any other language is an asset
- Open-minded, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Mature personality with excellent organizational skills, culturally sensitive
- Ability to work independently and with a high level of flexibility (projects / matrix)
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
