Installation Engineer

Mobility is the goal

− Supervise the installation process and ensure the necessary measures to fulfill the installation targets.
− Manage the installation workload in accordance with company procedures.
− Supervise and control the tasks of new installation and modernizations assembly.
− Ensure achievement of performance targets in line with safety and quality standards.
− Implement Global installation methods.
− Resource planning and skill planning.
− Ensure preparation of the site and availability of tools and documentation.
− Interface with Quality Inspector(s) to make sure installations comply to Schindler’s safety requirements prior to customer handover.
− Ensure workforce has all relevant safety training and safety procedures are implemented in the field, with support of the Employee Safety Manager.

Mobility needs you

- BSc. of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

- 2 - 5 years of experience in the elevators and escalators indutry.
