Technical Trainer
Mobility is the goal
- Control the actions to deliver training according to the Company’s training plan.
- Adapt, when necessary the EI Group Technical courses to the local needs
- Develop test & knowledge prerequisites for training; send it to the concerned parties prior to the training.
- Ensure that test results satisfy the training course requirements, send confirmation to the Technical Training Manager by list of participants.
- Ensure the number of the attendees who have registered for the training course is enough to conduct the scheduled training.
- Conduct immediate know-how check, at the end of every training course by delivering a test/ questionnaire to check the principal learning objectives of the course
- Prepare the annual technical training plan, including the corresponding budget with training hours and costs.
- Execute the technical training plan.
- Follow-up the rigorous execution of the on-the-job training part, to be delivered directly by Field Operations, proposing action plans in case of deviations
- Be prepared to adapt the training in case of additional demands derived from action plans to correct performance gaps.
- Develop new technical courses following the requirements of Technical & Field Support Organization as well as Field Operations.
Mobility needs you
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of experience as a trainer or a similar position.
- Elevator background is preferred
- Excellent English & computer skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
- Excellent organizational skills.
