Fulfillment Support Manager - LPC
Your main responsibilities
The primary purpose of the role is to ensure precise coordination and effective execution of new installation order fulfillment processes, aligning with customer expectations and strict project timelines. This includes the meticulous preparation of installation schedules and plans, ensuring that communication is timely and accurate across various internal departments and with external stakeholders. The role also entails overseeing and optimizing supply chain operations to enhance efficiency, proactively addressing potential issues, and supporting field teams, including fitters, involved in elevator and escalator installations. The overall success in the role significantly contributes to the seamless delivery of new installation projects, reinforcing customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence.
- Plan, manage, and organize the execution of new installation order fulfillment processes, ensuring detailed preparation of installation schedules and plans. Ensure these are aligned with project timelines and customer expectations.
- Ensure timely and precise communication across various internal departments, including engineering, project management, and procurement, as well as with external stakeholders such as contractors and customers.
- Monitor and enhance supply chain operations to improve efficiency, proactively addressing potential issues, and providing essential support to field teams, including fitters involved in elevator and escalator installations.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination and execution of new installation projects.
- Engage with customers regularly to manage their expectations, provide updates on project timelines, and address concerns promptly, highlighting a commitment to excellent customer service and operational excellence.
What you bring
- Post Secondary – preferably in Business or Engineering
- 5-8 years in elevator industry or related experience, or a similar industry which includes the sales and servicing of capital equipment, with at least 3-5 of those years is a senior supervisory or management position

- Proficient in MS Office
- Coaching and Mentoring: ability to motivate and guide team members
- Communication: Communicate clearly and articulately
- Customer Service: Demonstrate costumer focus through improving performance
- Leadership: Possess solid leadership skills
- People Management: Ability to select, train, supervise and evaluate staff

- Presentation: Ability to present materials clearly
- Problem Solving: Ability to fully understand the problem, assess responsibility, explore alternatives, develop creative solutions and negotiate settlements
- Teamwork: Ability to interact with all levels and be an integral part of the operation
- Demonstrate the ability to embrace new concepts and change as well as seek new ways of doing things
