Explain the intended purpose of this position.

This position, Head of Order Consolidation Center for Elevator, will be responsible for providing leadership direction towards “One” OCC Supply Chain transformation for SEC Elevator Business. Prime function of this role will be to lead an organization towards Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost Excellence, Coordinate One OCC transformation in 2021 and focus on Outbound Freight improvement thru improving Truck Load Density and Packaging Improvement.




Leadership – Vision and Direction towards SC Operational Excellence, 1 OCC Transformation for Elevator and Outbound Freight Improvement.

Work with the team and cross functional leaders to establish clear roadmap for Lean Deployment at OCC.

Operational Excellence

  • OCC – Plant Performance – Tier Board
  • Establish Lower Tier Accountability – SQDIC
  • Built -In Quality at every station at OCC
  • Cross functional Cadence with Material Planning on Supplier Performance
  • Deploy Safety Improvement Action Plan
  • Value Stream transformation of different operation at OCC
  • Daily Escalation to the leadership on OCC’s Performance
  • Warehouse Management, FIFO , Route  and Put away Efficiency
  • Inventory Accuracy of the Warehouse
  • Cost Control and Direct Efficiency Leadership for OCC

1 OCC – SC Excellence and Transformation

  • Lead 1 OCC transformation Project
  • Optimize the Outbound Logistics
  • Increase the number of handling units from the Suppliers. Coordinate with SSO and Project  Manager to have completed handling unit from the supplier.
  • Manage and Delivery the 1 OCC Project

Outbound Freight Management

  • Improve the Truck Load Density for Outbound Logistics
  • Reduce the overall outbound logistics freight cost


Day to Daily Operational Planning for OCC  

  • Safety
  • Daily drum beat on Safety improvement actions and Safety Walk
  • Implementing Proactive Safety Processes and Metrics
  • Tracking and Monitor Safety Improvement Action Plan
  • Provide day to day Safety Leadership


  • Track and Monitor Implementation of Built-in – Quality
  • Improve OCC Quality
  • Built 100% First Time Thru Quality Leadership
  • Drive improvement to Supplier MRN


  • 100% OTD for OCC
  • Support Lead Time Reduction Program
  • Drive Supplier OTD with Material Planning and Supplier Development Team
  • Daily Risk Management on Delivery Performance


  • Provide Daily Cost Leadership to the team
  • Manage and Control Inventory in the Warehouse
  • Cost Control and Reduction in Operating Expense

Mobility needs you


  • Required post-secondary education: hold post-secondary degree — a bachelor’s or equivalent in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
  • Required post-graduation or MBA: hold post-graduation degree in Industrial Management or Supply chain
  • 10 years or more functional work experience
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, SAP
  • Ability to communicate effectively
