Education:
Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
Engineering Preferred or Related Field

Required:
End to End Supply Chain – Order Process, Lead Time, Inco Terms, Inventory Management
Deep Understanding Of Compliance / Internal & External Audit Requirements
International / Global Sourcing Experience
Category Sourcing Strategy Development, Negotiation & Implementation
Target Driven – Creates High Performance Culture & History of Exceeding Goals
Ability to travel 20%+
Preferred:
Technical Aptitude – Drawings, Specs, Manufacturing
People Management/Development & Team Leadership
Elevator Industry Experience
6 Sigma, Lean, Quality & other Technical Qualifications or Experience
CIPS Certification or Equivalent
Functional/Technical Expertise
Sourcing Basics (RFQ's, Auctions, Order Process, Negotiation, Tactical Purchasing etc) - Minimum 5 years
Product Lifecycle/Change Management Processes - Minimum 5 years
Data Analytics - Minimum 5 years
P2P process experience (from order to payment) - Minimum 5 years
Standard Software Systems including SAP - Minimum 5 years
