Quality Intern - Summer 2026

 

Your main responsibilities

 

  • Assit with a wide variety of Quality Assurance duties such as inspection, audits, gauge calibration and dimensional layouts.
  • Complete necessary inspection reports, including spreadsheets, graphs and summarizing re-work and waste and inputting data into quality database.
  • Inspect mechanical, electrical, and sheet metal parts and structures using blueprints and standard inspection tools. 
  • Utilize all inspection equipment and/or fixtures for required inspection operations. This includes initial sample inspection layouts, design verification, engineering verification, tooling verification, destructive testing as well as any laboratory testing which may be required.
  • Perform random audits of boxes prepared in pick & pack street.
  • Collaborate with other quality team members.
  • Identify areas of improvement in processes & procudures.
  • Tackle assigned reports & projects.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with safety regulations.
 

What you bring

  • Pursuring a bachelor's degree in Mechincal, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disicpline
  • Sophomore/ Junior status (preferred-not required)
  • Good academic standing
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite ( Word, powerpoint, excel)
