Accounting Analyst

Mobility is the goal

Primary Function

The Accounting Analyst is mainly responsible for the general accounting support and banking functions. He/She will also support the Head of Accounting and Reporting in various projects as assigned.



  • Perform various accounting tasks and periodic updates of various SAP functions
  • Prepare A/R provisions, tax provisions and intercompany cross charges during the month-end closing process
  • Support business for accounting related inquiries i.e. vendor payment support
  • Provide support for ad hoc inquiries on technical accounting matters and financial reporting
  • Perform intercompany and various account reconciliations
  • Assist in annual audit tasks including preparing the annual stand-alone financial statements for statutory purposes
  • Assist in preparing ad hoc management reports, as required
  • Assist in training branch administrators & new hires regarding AP process, PO preparation and other related functions

Account Payable

  • Monitor and process affiliate invoices and prepare monthly intercompany invoices
  • Communicate and liaise with affiliate vendors and branch staffs regarding payments


  • Execute banking functions including EFT/wire payment, remittance of source deductions, transfer of electronic data to financial institution, and customer pre-authorized payment
  • Reconcile bank and other general ledger accounts on a regular basis


  • Prepare monthly overall and department variance analysis for expenses
  • Analyze financial results and prepare journal entries accordingly

Mobility needs you


  • University Degree
  • CPA designation
  • SAP FICO experience preferred

Critical Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot, charts, lookups, data management etc.)
  • SAP knowledge
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze data
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Detail Oriented: Ability to follow detailed, established procedures
  • Organization: Possess excellent organizational skills
  • Problem Solving: Ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively
