Test PCBs, assemblies and systems.

 

Your Experience

  1. Troubleshoot and repair printed circuit boards on the following automated board test systems: H-P 3060, Digital General, Colorado Data Systems.
  2. Operate and troubleshoot printed circuit boards on the following automated board test systems; H-P 3060, Digital General, Colorado Data Systems.
  3. Maintain and repair test equipment, company and foreign.
  4. Test and repair small sub-assemblies (i.e. SCR assemblies, power supplies, heat sinks, EVC-ELC drawers, etc.
  5. Test and repair service panels, tru-flites, and miconic power and logic controllers.
  6. Requires high degree of accuracy, as work is not subject to verification or check. Probable errors may result in major expenditures, product or material loss, and/or loss of customers.
  7. Requires tact and discretion when interfacing with other departments in Toledo and Sidney, as well as field offices.
  8. Employee required to attend on-going training & development sessions.

This position requires interaction with hourly production workers and technicians for training and guidance. This position also interfaces with Engineering on an on-going basis to help solve problems and occasionally has contact with our field offices.

Under general direction, working with policies and general objectives, performs difficult work of a highly technical nature involving testing and repair of all electrical-electronic components used in elevator systems. Duties require working independently toward general results.

High School plus Associates Degree/ Electronics or equivalent training experience.
