Your main responsibilities

  •  Processing purchase requisitions, creating purchase orders, and purchase order follow-up. Coordinate expedites of material from suppliers as needed to meet warehouse/internal customer requirements.
  • Communicate and resolve shipment discrepancies, Material Return Notices, and other quality issues with the supplier 
  • Contributing to the Out of Stock report, Supplier Performance Reports, reduction of Excess and Obsolete materials exercises, and invoice processing with AP.
  • Various projects that contribute to team success
        
 

What you bring

    
FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL EXPERTISE    

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • SAP
  • Excel
  • Purchasing or warehousing experience
