Area Manager - New Installation

 

Your main responsibilities

  1. The Person should be competent with the knowledge on Methods & Process for Installation of Elevators.
  2. He should be competent enough to Participate in discussions with Consultants and Customers for Drawings and Installation coordination with Civil Structures and other engineering discipline and cross functions.
  3. Attending Project Kick-off meetings with Sales and Periodic Project review meetings with customer on site. Prepare MoM and circulate to the Stake holders.
  4. Spearheaded Project Management activities involving working out various execution requirements & monitoring overall project executions and site operations.
  5. Coordinating projects for the set-up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.
  6. Managing activities pertaining to Material procurement, inspection, dispatches to ensure timely material delivery.
  7. Commercial knowledge for Monitoring the project cash flow and follow up for with the customer for timely collection of payment.
  8. Ensure project is on right track and schedule in-line with the customer requirement. Attend progress meeting with customer to appraise project progress and highlight open issues i.e inputs, front non availability and outstanding payment to Safe guard organization interest.
  9. Implmentation of Site safety.
  10. Required documentation for engineering submitals
