Role: The safety officer will be responsible for safety operations for Schindler India, Hyderabad

Responsibilities :

• He or she will be responsible for ensuring training and conducting effective efficient time management skills
• Conceptualizing and developing need by safety training modules for maintaining  safe work practices
• To provide hands-on training on the field demonstrational practical training
• Site audits for safety compliances
• Auditing people in terms of safety awareness processes and procedures
• Auditing subcontractors for all safety complex
• Implement new and existing safety training project and iniatiatives
•  Work with various departments to identify productivity limiting gaps for safety violations for lost tastes and support corrective action through training
• Consistent implementation of best practices in planning , designing,development and delivery of safety training planning and implementation
• Carry out/ Support investigations for any safety voilations and incident and accidents, prepare reports, take corrective actions,Report management Team.
