Sr. Officer - FSB

 

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

1. Role:

The FSB Support will be responsible for all the FSB activities and be the central function of coordination with the field staff resulting in optimum inventory, least turn around time and costs , MIS generation and internal customer satisfaction. 

 

Responsibility:

 

- In charge of FSB. Manage optimum inventory. - Conduct Monthly stock taking activities. - Monitor and perform on-time entry and dispatch of components including recyclable and scarp. - Update and Maintain data on SAP and generate MIS related to FSB and report to Mumbai. - Co-ordinate with Internal Customers, EI team meetings. - Support EI-Sales with tendering/quotations - Data updates regarding maintenance contracts. - Maintain Subcontractor and other employee records including statutory obligations. - Ensure and emphasize on safe working conditions and personal safety

Qualifications For The Job Schindler IND Education: Science Graduate/Diploma  Engineer

Professional experience: 4 to 5 years with experience in handling the stores/warehouse/hub of an Engineering/manufacturing company.

Languages: (+ levels: proficiency, advanced, intermediate, basic) - English (proficiency), Local Language
