Talent Attraction Officer

Mobility is the goal

- Responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding people as determined by business needs and local HR Policy. 

- Manages the Talent Attraction processes in line with the local HR policies, identifying and managing candidates for internal and external talent pools.
- Recruit (Externally and Internally) middle to higher management positions and senior individual contributor positions; coordinate with external recruiting specialists.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs incl. pipeline management, for example, by internships, graduate recruitment (university relationship management). 
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events. 
- Act as local Key User for all global Talent Attraction solutions 
- Lead employment branding initiatives 
- Conduct applicant interview and ensure selecting best candidate in close co-operation with line managers.
- Knowledge of Local Laws 
- Massive experiance in dealing with all recruitment agencies  and well aware about visas process and other regulations.
- Ensure the preparation of induction & Onboarding plan for all new staff. 


 

 
 
Mobility needs you

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration in the field of HR or any relevant field 
- Excellent communication & Presentation skills
- Interpersonal Skills 
- Bilingual (Fluent English and Arabic)
- Analytical thinking and Problem-Solving skills
- Preferable to have any of these certificates, CIPD or SHRM
- Minimum 4 years of experience in same position
- Nationality: Must be Saudi Arabian
