Support New & Existing installation team, to resolve technical problems. Implementation of new product development / solutions.

Should have thorough knowledge of elevator installation, commissioning & trouble shooting.

Should be assertive and should speak clearly and precisely.

Strong customer orientation, independent, organized and results Oriented way of working.

Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Strong team orientation.

Mobility needs you

Responsibility: -

Provide technical support to New / Existing Installation & Modernisation team, to resolve field issues - Support Technical development team for installation / testing of new product - Interface between Technical Development team & Field - Monitor FI's / DLFI's database & intimate concerned departments - Monitor KA releases & intimate Technical Development team about the changes affecting current productlines in KG - Support Quality team for root cause identification of claims resulting due to technical issues
