Your main responsibilities
Role of Account Manager: An account manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a particular customer's account within a business. An account manager is often more interested in the client satisfaction aspect of a business relationship instead of explicitly trying to generate sales.
What you bring
Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters • Managing client relationships • Delivering proposals • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within their region • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect pg. 33 • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment • Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes Experience we need: Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales and business development in elevator/ similar Industry.
