Global Senior Procurement Analyst (m/f/d)

As senior Procurement Analyst you will play a key role in utilizing internal and external data analytics to inform strategic decision-making. Your expertise will contribute to improving efficiency, drive strategic procurement initiatives, and enhance transparency in procurement and supplier performance.

 

Your new challenges include:

  • Leveraging internal and external data analytics to drive informed decision-making processes, including analysis on spent, suppliers, and daily operational tasks.

  • Innovating, designing, and implementing strategic procurement initiatives to optimize operations and contribute to strategy-making decisions.

  • Refining and updating procurement processes while providing essential training to ensure seamless integration.

  • Establishing and maintaining robust procurement reporting systems for enhanced oversight and evaluation of business insights.

  • Ensuring transparency in procurement activities and supplier performance metrics.

  • Continuously driving process improvements to boost efficiency and achieve superior results.

Further requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, finance or similar

  • Proven project management skills, ideally in a consulting role

  • Proficient level of Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and reporting

  • Good knowledge of applications such as Python and SQL is a plus

  • Fluency level of English, other languages are a plus
