We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Remote Troubleshooting (2nd Level Support)
    • First level support / Remote guidance for troubleshooting via phone and video call.
  • On-Site Field Support (2nd Level Support)
    • Advanced troubleshooting and technical audits.
    • Provide technical support on site to Field Operation team to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
    • Provide support on site for testing & commissioning, and start-up of customized lifts for projects.
    • Provide support for installation, start-up and commissioning of "Initial Units" of newly released products, during new product introduction phase.
    • Investigation of product-related incident/ accident.
  • Technical Training & Certification
    • Provide on-job training while providing On-site Field Support.
    • Support for preparation and assessment of Level 3 Certification Program.
  • Software Validation
    • Support field validation of new software before final release.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements through available channels.
    • Serve as source of experiences to the rest of the FQE organization to feed the continuous improvement cycle.
