At Schindler, we are seeking to hire a junior Finance Business Controller Analyst to support Month-End Closing and other Finance & Backoffice operations for a set of entities, centralized at Schindler’s Center of Expertise (CoE) in Madrid.

Your key challenges and tasks will include:

• Month-end closing support for a designated group of companies of different sizes and complexity providing a great opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the processes.
• Detailed reporting of the Balance Sheet, P&L statement, and a series of management accounting forms to the Group Reporting Tool.
• Monthly reconciliation of key balance sheet and P&L accounts, supporting the identification of discrepancies and the implementation of solutions and corrections in the system. 
• Perform a list of pre-closing checks to ensure a smooth month-end close.
• Ad-hoc reporting for zone management and global controlling.
• Supporting continuous business process improvements at the Group level.
