In this role, you are part of our strong and fast-growing international innovation Global Reporting Solutions Team (GRS) which is fully embedded in our Global Finance organization. Our mission is to provide digital capabilities to our stakeholders from global finance and field operations functions by creating impactful power BI reports, focusing on our customers business needs.

As Power BI Business Intelligence & Analytics Specialist, you are part of a scrum team, responsible for delivering business solutions end to end. Gathering report requirements through close collaboration with business, translate them into application requirements and design and develop best-in-class Power BI reports. The role is part of the Self-Service Delivery Team in Madrid and closely interacts with other team members in Ebikon, Switzerland.

Other challenges include:

• Translating business requirements into functional specifications, data source requirements, data extraction and data transformation
• Deliver complete business reporting solutions ready to use. From the source to the value
• Participate in design thinking sessions with business users to validate report designs specs and propose suitable visualization solutions that fit the technical aspects of the Power BI reports.
• Collect, manage and prioritize a backlog of requirements, to allow the team to deliver business value in every sprint
• Work closely with the report owners to test and evaluate the results of your reports
• Adhere to established methodology and standards for the design and Self-Service BI solutions preparation.
• Support and address issues that arise in the delivered productive reporting solutions.
