We Elevate ..... Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Government Relations Procedures (Change of sponsorship, issuance of Iqama’s, Renewal of Iqama’s, Iqama Transfers, processing Visa documents, Exist Reenter visa, Final Exist visa ect.   
  • Responsible to maintain all company documents such as CR, Civil Defense, Chamber of Commerce Certificates, Municipality Card, and update them when it is required. 
  • Maintain & manage all expatriate's passports and request each employee to renew his passport whenever it is needed. 
  • Lead the building maintenance for the branch and staff accommodations
  • Ensured that the staff accommodation list is updated periodically.
  • Manage company accommodation and work closely with the Fleet & Facility officer in Jeddah on the repair & maintenance of the buildings.
  • Manage the administration issues with respect to staff accommodation. 
  • Manage company fleet and work closely with the Fleet & Facility office in Jeddah on the repair & Maintenance of the vehicles.
  • Responsible to arrange all requirements for events, trainings, management meetings
  • Responsible to arrange for Airport pick up and drop off for Guest, Trainees, new employees.
