Finance Manager NI
Your Skills
- Assist Controller in managing all financial aspects of new installation product lines by establishing financial policies and controls, developing budget and forecasts, reporting and analysis, and special projects. Additionally, will play key role partnering with management in supporting attainment of financial targets.
- Assist controller to prepare accurate annual budget and forecast/ rough plan with detailed modelling along with assessment of risks and opportunities.
- Accurate financial closings and timely monthly reporting. Financial assessment of risks.
- Achieve budget targets by analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions by partnering with operational management. Detailed variance analysis including all KPIs and drivers such as lead time analysis, headcount, overtime per headcount, lean crew model/ OR forecast and backlog stratification.
- Establish, monitor, and enforce internal controls along with annual walk through on ICFR's.
- Timely completion of internal (finance) and external (NI management) ad-hoc analytic requests
- Supports developing financial staff expertise by training and coaching lower level employees.
- Provide financial risk and opportunity analysis and effective interface with Area Finance Controllers / Managers.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations in special initiatives /projects.
- Support company STRUCO initiatives by leading monthly reviews with NI Management.
- Support SEC product team on financial related topics and assess/ update investment plan with major milestone achievement.
- Anticipate needs of internal customers, recommend changes in policies, practices, and/or systems and to follow them through to successful completion
Your Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or Economics
- Masters degree preferred
- Industry experience preferred, Schindler experience a plus
- Project Management, strategy development and cost savings experience
- SAP preferred
