Mobility is the goal

Oversees North American Part distribution and management. Ensures the NAP organization maximizes availability of existing parts for both internal customers through RPO and external customers through the ADAMS brand. Actively grows turnover and share of wallet through operating excellence and by matching product offering with customer demand. Together with NI, MOD and EI product lines, as well as Supply Chain, ensures new parts are identified and managed in a timely fashion, and appropriate end-of-life strategies are developed and implemented for obsolete parts.


Mobility needs you


  • Responsible for ~$65M in revenue and ~$15M in profit generated on annual basis. Responsible for continued growth in revenue, profits, and share of wallet
  • Responsible for the development of new strategies and implementation of existing strategies through their as well as adjacent organizations. 
  • Responsible for team development and mentoring of all constituent teams ranging from customer support and procurement to warehousing and engineering, including resource planning, new hire on-boarding and workload balancing
  • Execute on employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion and retention activities Follow and enforce SEC company rules and regulations


Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.

P&L management, strategy developement & implementation, and strong leaderships skills required.
