HRIS Project Management Consultant

Mobility is the goal

  • Define and describe detail process steps for harmonization
  • Identify & share Schindler best demonstrated practice
  • Project management and interaction with HR Business Process Owner and internal IT and external suppliers
  • User acceptance testing as reference representing the HR business
  • Expert level support for processes
  • Implementation and rollout of global HR business solutions
  • Map legacy systems data to the new HR business solution.
  • Cleansing, compiling, and/or updating systems data prior to implementation. 
  • Ensures overall completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data throughout the project
 

Mobility needs you

  • Desired experience of at least 3 years in a multicultural team with cross-functional team work and operational HR function.

 

  • Desired process oriented way of thinking as well as an analytical way of working. Self-motivated, result oriented and a team player with cultural sensitivity.
  • Knowledge of state of the art HR-IT tools and SAP HR and SuccessFactors skills. Project management, Expert Spreadsheet and Database Technical skills, as well as HR Operations and Compliance.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and provide solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time.
  • Ability to work, self-manage, and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus to the details.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other business and productivity tools
  • Process focused; Systematic, analytical and organized
  • Functional knowledge of Human Resources business processes of payroll, benefits, compensation, absence, recruiting and supporting functions
