NI Reliability & Maintenance Mgr

Mobility is the goal

  • Responsible for implementation and launch of 5500, 3350, F3 products in NA as part of advanced cross-functional team.
  • Work together with SEC NI and EI teams for a seamless transition between teams
  • Ensure North America projects meet all installation requirements including time, cost, quality and training.
  • Ensure global designs and processes are appropriate for purpose.
  • Define installation content into all relevant training modules.
  • Responsible for consolidating and maintaining information.
  • Follow up on SAIS & PQC open item list.
  • Provide quality inspection of elevator installations.
  • Responsible for reducing installation time and improving quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical installation issues. Coordinate and align various business units.
  • Supervise and manage direct reports within the group & Resolve product maintenance and process issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation for accuracy.
  • Provide after-sales technical services including maintenance, repair, and modernization.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly field reports on status of projects.

Mobility needs you

ME or EE Engineering degree or similar

7+ years working with Field (Sup. Or PM) with knowledge of Elevators is required as a minimum. Strong Leadership, communication and pro-activity are a must.

  • English (Spanish – preferred but not essential)
  • Word, power point, excel, project, Lotus notes.
  • Depending on the stage of project some domestic travel may be required up to maximum of 25% in some months.
