National MOD Process Manager

Mobility is the goal

Responsible for establishing, implementation training, tracking and maintaining the Modernization fulfillment processes from sales estimate to customer and Existing Installation turnover.  This role will assist in development and overseeing mod training programs.  The National Mod Process Manager will also work closely with the Territory Mod Managers, Sales Representatives, Project Managers and Field Superintendents to ensure processes and monitoring are properly implemented throughout Field Operations.

This position is responsible for deployment, maintenance and tracking of the strategic global Fulfillment+ initiative.  Frequent and close interaction with Global Fulfillment, Engineering, Field Operations, and FQE will be necessary.

The position will ensure KG and global requirements are aligned and integrated into the local MOD business.

 

Mobility needs you

  • Manage the MOD Superintendent Program
  • Manage the MOD Technician Training Program (digital training)
  • Manage the FF+ Process Documents & Processes
  • Manage / update Fulfilment Plus Operations portal
  • Manage and improve FF+ forms working with Field Operations
  • Track Branch KPIs to drive branch support.  (RCA and Action Plans)
  • Manage and improve PEP Audit questions
  • Organizing curriculum for MOD Superintendent calls
  • Working with team to write / update MOD Announcements (technical / products updates)
  • Working with team to write / update Best Practices to deliver to the field
  • Working with team to develop / write “Tech Tips” for Quarterly distribution
  • Lead teams in developing new solutions / processes to become more efficient across SEC
  • Open Warranty claim management
  • Maintain and update mod operations initiatives
  • Manage and maintain Action item, drive to closure.

 

Bachelors Degree in Management, Business, or Finance required.
