Your Skills
The Product Line Manager is responsible for developing and managing the product line strategy to achieve financial objectives for the New Installation of Low and Mid-Rise Elevator products.
The Product Line Manager position is the key driver of product related progress within the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills to confidently guide the product line to achieve results through influencing other key functional groups (e.g. R&D, supply chain, field, quality). They will be required to prioritize their work and time to balance the maintenance of line activities with the strategic projects.
Your Experience
Manage product changes to implement the product line strategy to drive New Installation business success
- Drive day-to-day activities to ensure that the indirect team implements the proper processes and systems to allow successful introduction of desired product changes, including sales, production, and installation
- Changes include cost reduction, quality improvements, code updates, and feature enhancements
- Utilize change management process to execute and implement the product updates
Drive the product line strategy for New Installation Low and Mid-Rise Elevator products
- Gather relevant information through research, analytics, training, VOC, product benchmarking, and other methods.
- Create detailed market requirements documents and perform business case analysis
- Organize, present and gain organizational acceptance for a clearly defined product line strategy
Ensure timely implementation and resolution of product related issues to support business needs.
Assess and create/improve processes, methodologies, presentations and tools to track and report on the implementation and progress of objectives
