Engineering Project Leader

Objectives of the  function: Support & coordinate product Line Implementation covering mainly Supply Chain and Field related subjects, ensuring that New Product Line meets Market requirements, costs and deadlines.

- Ensure Product adherence in the Elevators Value Chain, including Supply chain operations, managing targets per Key Performance Indicators, milestones and costs/pricing targets, from sales orders to deliveries to the field. 

- Ensure that Product Creation Process (PCP) methodology is deployed along the process and throughout sales, ordering, SCM and deliveries to the field.

- Responsible for processes definition, implementation, and roll-out plan in regards to Sales, ordering, supply chain and deliveries of elevators to the field.

- In charge of assessing and creating Product implementation processes, methodologies and tools to track and achieve the implementation objectives of a new Product Line in the Elevators business.

- Ensure timely implementation of the order processing, including factory and field, to reflect business needs.

- Support and ensure alignment throughout Value Chain (product line, supply chain, factory and field) to guarantee successful acceptance and introduction of new product line.

 

Mobility needs you

Education: Master's Degree in Engineering

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Advance Excel, Microsoft Project, and Lotus notes

Previous experience in project management

Conceptual thinker

Achievement oriented

Team player, excellent communication skills, impact, influence and presence.
