Project Manager - MOD

MOD Project Manager role provides assistance in driving key initiatives and managing communication to the field organization to help drive the results for the modernization organization.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Assist in MOD communication to the field organization via Quarterly Newsletter
  • Manage and update the MOD Intranet page
  • Manage and update the MOD customer presentation deck
  • Introduce and monitor Digital Training modules for MOD products and process
  • Monthly drumbeat for problem jobs and worksheet management
  • Open Warranty claim management
  • Monitor and update mod initiatives for the team
  • Manage and maintain Action items for mod team, and drive to completion
  • Assist with monthly Sales and Labor Forecasting
  • Develop and administrate MOD Absolutes for the Sales and Operations in the field
  • Develop Value Stream mapping for MOD Processes to drive process improvement
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for the mod business line for tracking and monitoring key performance indicators

 

 
 
Mobility needs you

Required Education:

  • BA/BS Business / Management / Engineering preferred
  • Possess overall knowledge of product and product application; service techniques and procedures; ability to understand financial statements; legal awareness to contract terms and conditions.
  • Must have excellent communication (written and verbal), PowerPoint and presentation skills

Previous Work Experience:

  • Five to seven years in various assignments within the Company, in the Elevator industry, or in another service oriented business.

Experience managing a small to medium sized P&L for an industrial company is a plus
