Senior Internal Auditor


Your Skills

  • Audit Risk Assessment: assist in performing risk assessment and developing annual audit plan taking into consideration external and internal factors.
  • Planning/Execution: coordinate, plan, and execute audits within agreed-upon scope, resources, and deadlines. Lead/participate in special assignments as needed, including international/global initiatives, compliance matters, operational topics, etc. and benchmark best practices.
  •  Recommendation & Reporting: present audit recommendations, issue reports/memos, and follow-up with stakeholder for timely implementation of action items.
  • Collaboration: assist in presentation of annual audit results/trend analyses. Engage with stakeholders, including local management, external auditors, peers, etc. to reduce duplication of efforts while addressing key risks and promoting continuous process & control improvements.
  • Data Analytics: Use data analytical tools (ACL/Power BI) to extract data from systems and perform analyses.
  • Self & People Development: exchange feedback, share knowledge/cross-train peers and stakeholders

Your Experience

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance/Accounting)
  • Relevant professional designation a plus (CPA, CMA, CIA, CFE, etc.)
  • Work Experience:
  • 4+ years of finance/accounting/audit experience (preferably in multi-national/global company)
  • Previous external audit and internal audit experience a plus
  • Additional Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and propose alternative solutions
  • Ability to zoom in and out
  • Critical thinking and assertiveness to influence/drive behaviors
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics and audit tools (e.g., Power BI, ACL)
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Familiarity with ITGCs
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
