Social Media Coordinator

Mobility is the goal



  1. Develop and implement annual content strategy for all corporate social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Produce cohesive and strategic campaigns across all channels with a goal of brand building, lead generation and conversions. Create and manage content calendars for proactive content, as well as ad hoc content based on timely news/events, and content generator status calls with cross-functional team members as appropriate.
  2. Includes monthly editorial calendar and content development for posts across all relevant platforms – including platform-specific media like Instagram Stories and Reels, and Facebook Stories – supporting Schindler’s priority products and services, employee/fan engagement, brand and industry thought leadership, Schindler news, and spirit days content mix. Content categories to include product/service, employer branding, thought leadership, corporate comms, etc.
  3. Responsible for all social media content posting and/or scheduling across all social channels, leveraging social management platform(s) where appropriate. Direct access to social channels also required in case of real-time posts/updates.
  4. Possible content editing required – image resizing/retouch, video sizing, etc. Coordinate with content creation team on required assets.
  5. Online Reputation Management – maintain and monitor incoming reviews and inquiries on centralized tracking platform, coordinate with customer experience team and/or local offices to resolve issues and respond to customer needs in a timely fashion.
  6. Build Social Media reporting dashboard to track KPIs across platforms, maintain data sources and output monthly. Use data and reporting to adapt strategies on ongoing basis for best performance.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications required.
