Sr Financial Analyst
Your Skills
Analyze and interpret general accounting data to ensure validity. Perform monthly financial closing tasks and reports. Coordinate and control data to prepare reports for actual results, forecasts and budgets. Ad hoc reporting as required.
- Coordinate monthly financial closing in compliance with time requirements. Analyze results of the closing for accuracy. Point out areas of concern to management.
- Provide financial visibility to all levels of management through monthly reporting packages. Recommend items to include/exclude for more effective management of the business.
- Interface with all departments in the company to provide analysis of budgets and business operations. Consolidate forecast and budget information for reporting to local senior and parent company management.
- Provide ad hoc reporting, root cause analysis, and presentation preparation to senior management and business partners.
- Comply with year-end external auditor requirements including the preparation of account reconciliations, coordination of supporting documentation for accounts from other departments, preparation of financial statements. Support group internal audit.
- Technical assistance and training within the dept.
