The TA Specialist will be responsible for driving the overall TA activities in certain areas of HQ and Plant functions which includes, conducting regular intake meetings with the stakeholders, sourcing the talent, building the internal TA database etc. Being the single point of contact during the interview process, and most importantly, be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.  The TA Specialist should be well versed in the use of LinkedIn and other job boards, as well as other methods of sourcing talented candidates in various disciplines.


The TA specialist will also be responsible for maintaining the necessary TA data in the SF tool as well as in the form of database, to support the data requirements of the TA Scorecard.



  • Conduct job requisition intake meetings with the hiring managers and HRBP’s.  And ensure the requisitions follow the necessary approval chains. 
  • Source candidates through various job boards (ie LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc) and various professional networks. Effectively screening resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.  Provide recap notes to Hiring Managers for review.
  • Work through the candidate offer process with Hiring Managers, HRBPs and the Total Rewards team.
  • Maintain TA database in the Success Factors ATS and run regular TA reports to support the needs of different stakeholders, as well as tracking recruiting activities via Excel.
  • Work through the job requisition process from start to finish.  Partner with HRIS to obtain position ID numbers for new requisitions.  Work with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to process requisition and post roles on ATS and job boards.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and Interviewers.  Send out calendar invitations for TEAMS or in-person interviews.
  • Conduct follow up calls with all interviewers to debrief on candidate process
  • Work with HRBP, Hiring Manager, and Compensation teams for offer proposals.  Submit notes and compensation requests for review with Compensation Team.
  • Draft Offer Approval templates for Offer letters to be extended.
  • Work with HRG/HRBPs on temp-to-perm employee conversion process. 
  • Work with agency vendors for industry talent needs and temporary talent needs. 
  • Build positive relationships with internal teams, vendors, and candidates to ensure new hire experience
  • Follow up with Onboarding Specialist on any missing documentation, equipment ordering, background checks, drug screens, etc to ensure a timely and smooth hiring process
  • Work with University Relations team to attend in-person career fairs and events to cultivate top talent
  • Work closely with the Inclusion and Diversity Director to ensure we are attracting top talent.  Attend various professional networking events to build relationships and create a pipeline for future talent.
  • Create a pipeline of future talent for frequently in demand titles.
  • Work with cross-functional teams.  Support HQ and Plant functions.

Mobility needs you


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous experience in Agency Recruiting or Internal Recruiting
  • Experience providing customer service, whether internal or external
  • Strong relationship building experience.  Ability to communicate effectively, follow up on various tasks, multi-task, and influence others
  • Ability to drive the recruiting process from start to finish
  • Networking experience
  • Ability to utilize job boards for sourcing talent.  Experience with Boolean is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other ATS systems is preferred
  • Technologically savvy with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to think outside of the box and create new processes or update current processes
