VP Modernization Sales and Fulfilment
Your Skills
VP Modernization Sales and Fulfilment is responsible for Modernization Sales, Fulfilment activities in accordance with the strategies and policies of Schindler. In this role you will need to create strategies to achieve Company targets by driving growth in activities including implementation of products, processes, and tools.
Your Experience
- Develop and execute the company's business strategies to attain the agreed targets.
- Partner with the senior management team of the company to seamlessly execute the Sales and Fulfilment strategies to enable the company to achieve the Growth Strategy and market Leadership
- Foster people development.
- Plan and executive Sales and Fulfilment strategies to drive revenue and portfolio growth.
- Govern the Modernization Engineering & Design Center, and Program management.
- Responsible for MOD Fulfilment in the KG as per guidelines defined by the Global Fulfilment organization.
- Ensure the most effective and efficient planning and use of tools and resources in the Fulfilment & Efficiency processes, establishing actions to close capacity gaps on Country level.
- Manage Fulfilment and Methods/Tools to achieve safety, quality, and cost-effective project execution.
- Assure and plan the overall human capital readiness including training and certification to guarantee a safe and professional project execution based on Global Fulfilment guidelines.
