Coordinator (Large Projects Center)
Your main responsibilities
• Manage incoming/outgoing tooling at the LPC tooling facility per jobsite timelines
• Maintain Hilti ON!Track database of tools ensuring stock accuracy across multiple locations
• Coordinate trucking with shipments for on-site delivery of material/tooling across the country
• Manage safety ensuring all mechanics complete quarterly training, biannual SAFE audits, and weekly Take 5 for Safety micro-trainings
• Create purchase orders and process monthly/weekly/daily invoicing through SAP
• Order safety gear and components ensuring accuracy and necessary specifications per job
• Manage payroll for 40+ technicians ensuring charge #s, coding, and wage rates are correct and processed timely through SAP.
• Manage corporate fleet including ordering new vehicles, coordinating vehicle transfers, and ensuring vehicle maintenance upkeep
• Provide technical support including ordering new IT equipment and ensuring compliance with updates for iPads and iPhones
• Provide administrative/HR support for Admins/PMs across all product lines within SEC.
• Responsible for updating organizational/employee charts, creating budgets, monitoring expense reports for personnel
• Manage calendars that include meeting coordination and monitor to ensure an effective schedule
• Schedule new personnel for background and drug screening
What you bring
- High school graduate
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- ELEC/MECH Engineering, drawing and BOM
- Manufacturing process, equipment, routing
- Multiple task management and project management
- Problem solving skills or lean six sigma
- Engineering understanding (mechanical and electrical; print reading)
- Supply Chain and Industrialization knowhow and experience
- Analytical competency (data mining, problem analysis; strong Excel skills)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- SAP knowledge
- Microsoft Office
- Previous administrative/office experience

Base Salary $59,700 - $74,500 hourly
The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include variable incentives or benefits. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
