Your main responsibilities

Manager Human Resources Information Systems for Schindler Elevator Corporation. Hybrid 4x a week in office.

 

The Manager HRIS will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Company’s HRIS Systems.  The Manager HRIS will lead the overall support of these systems from a technical/technology perspective as they relate to the overall business but, in particular, as they relate to HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation, IT and Finance.  Manager HRIS will be responsible for the development, upgrades, administration and maintenance of the company's core HRIS/people system processes in a manner that supports the company's human resources strategic objectives and ensures that the company manages its human resource data in compliance with all internal and governmental requirements and regulations.

 

Primary duties and responsibilities will be:

 

  • Oversee the technology, operational and technical aspects of the company's HRIS systems in a manner that complements and supports the company's overall human resource objectives and operations.
  • Manage the design, implementation and integration of components of the HR systems including all interfaces with internal customers, internal systems and external vendors.
  • Establish and maintain HR system documentation and standard internal operating procedures, best practice audits and other related controls. Train users on the HR systems.
  • Provide consulting advise to internals clients as it relates to the overall design and potential operations improvements for the various modules in the HR system
  • Act as the primary interface with the Group HR Business Solutions team as it pertains to all aspects of the HR systems, including co-leading the implementation of new, future modules, updates to modules and enhancements to the overall system.
  • Lead the data integrity initiatives related to the HR systems including data entry, auditing, running queries and analyzing data.
  • Develop strong lines of communication across the company's human resource, financial and information systems groups to ensure that all key interest groups are aware of the status of HRIS projects, upgrades, etc.
  • Maintain an awareness of changes in government requirements and regulations as they impact human resource information and record keeping, ensuring that the company's systems are always in compliance.
 

What you bring

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or other closely related field of study
  • 36 months (3 years) of experience in the offered position or other closely related positions. Experiences may be concurrent. 
  • Hybrid 4x a week in office.

Base Salary $154,713 - $161,152

The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include variable incentives or benefits.
