PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW: 
Field Supt. is responsible of the repair of all assigned units so as to conform to customer and Company requirements as related to quality improvement, safety, cost improvement and customer satisfaction in support of company objectives. He is also responsible for employee selection, training and safety for all assigned projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

• Develop and manage marketing literature, sales documents, and training material; drive commercial excellence in the field by providing sales & product training; drive commercial readiness and execution for new and existing products.     
• Implement customer and Company requirements for quality, performance reliability and passenger safety for each project under his/her supervision, Monitor job completion check points and implement any required corrective action in order to drive installation performance to Best Demonstrated Practice Model.   
• Put together repair schedule for 2 months look ahead and manage our monthly targets, Monthly forecasting at the beginning of each month and middle of each month.    
• Develop, track, and drive commercial KPIs - Estimates, Bookings, Backlog, Profitability, and Hit-rate.
• Perform safes, MQW, inspections and be apart of our quarterly safety meetings.    
• Support sales staffing estimating service orders, scheduling, and executing orders, and investigating and resolving customer complaints, manage elevator Zip to ensure pricing is going out right away .
