Assistant Manager - Safety & Health

 

Your main responsibilities

·        To set-up and implement a Safety Management System aligned with local regulation and Group Safety Policy

·       To do internal audit for different regions

·       To ensure the appropriate lead and support to KG management in order to settling and sustaining desirable Safety culture and performances

·       To facilitate Internal Safety Assessment with Lead Auditor across Pan India.

·       To review audit report in detail & provide recommendation & feedback to concerned & relevant authority.

·       To align ISO 45001:2018 standards with Internal Safety Fundamental (KG)

·       To implement BCP program

·      To lead safety connect app

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoints).
  • Microsoft Outlook.
  • Video / phone conferencing skills.

 

Languages: Strong knowledge of English language (written and spoken).

 

Education:

Bachelor's / Master university degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical (Recognized University)

Must have Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety – Approved by State Board.

 

Professional experience:

Min. 5 years’ experience in elevator or construction or general industry in field operations or project management. Should have hands on experience in handling ISO 45001:2018 documentation & External Audit.
