Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - HR Digitalization

 

Your main responsibilities

Position Overview

 

The role holder will help Schindler implement a future ready digital HR ecosystem of technologies, in alignment with the chosen HR operating model and our People Strategy.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Help deliver Digital Transformation programs, designing and deploying an integrated digital core
  • Leading and managing testing and configuration of all lifecycle processes, including recruiting, onboarding, off boarding, performance management, talent assessment, calibration, etc.
  • Redefine the employee experience through digital transformation and its continual digital evolution
  • Analyzing user issues and resolving them via technical solution and/or process re-engineering
  • Lead the change management efforts on new business processes
  • Collect robust end-user feedback on the state of our current user experience, defining and leading projects to evolve this experience in line with the desired outputs, and measuring and communicating the success of these initiatives across the business
  • Provide project management support across a variety of initiatives to ensure projects are completed on time with a high level of operational excellence
  • Implement process change management across the company to drive HR data integrity, quality, reliability and accountability with continual inspection and validation
  • Develop, maintain, and audit workforce analytic reports, dashboards, metrics, and trends to enable recommendations for the Organization
  • Collaborate with Regional / Global HR Leadership, IT, and other stakeholders to identify data needs and user requirements, assess available technologies, recommend, and implement solutions, and drive change management and adoption

 

 

What you bring

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Graduate/ Masters Degree
  • Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Power BI, Word, Power point)
  • Understanding of APIs, Data & System Integrations, SSO
  • Service Management/ Strong employee service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, explaining technical issues and solutions to non-technical audiences
  • Attention to details and enthusiastic team player
  • Demonstrate high standards of ethics & confidentiality
  • Ability to perform process re-engineering, troubleshoot problems and determine root causes of business issues

 

Professional Experience:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR Technology
  • Project Management & HR Analytics
  • HCM or Employee Experience Platforms Deployment (SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday or any other HRMS)
  • Experience with a HR digital ecosystem service providers in implementing HR solutions for mid/large-sized corporate/s
  • Must have exposure to functional solution design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing and go-live
  • Experience with designing and activation of intelligent automation journeys (using RPA, conversational AI, extended reality, analytics, etc.) would be desirable
