Executive Assistant to President and CEO

 

Your main responsibilities

Executive Support (80%)

  1. Assist the President in monitoring the execution of the organisational strategy thereby enabling the delivery of the key performance metrics.
  2. Collaborate on strategic initiatives by tracking progress, managing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  3. Serve as a sounding board for ideas, assisting with decision-making and providing feedback on business strategies.
  4. Serve as a project manager for special assignments, ensuring timely execution and cross-departmental coordination.
  5. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on key business topics, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and develop high-quality executive presentations that effectively communicate data, insights, and recommendations.
  6. Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, leadership briefings, and stakeholder presentations.
  7. Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings, taking notes, summarizing key takeaways, and following up on action items.
  8. Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

 

Administrative Support (20%)

  • Manage and maintain the Leadership team’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 

What you bring

What you need:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in executive support, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Financial and commercial knowledge is an added advantage
  • Experience in a multi-national organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms, data visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Should be able to take decisions under pressure.
  • Should be able to coordinate and prioritize the work and avoid delays.
  • Ready to handle different type of Internal & External Stakeholders
