Join us as a

Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Product Quality

 

Your main responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

 

• Investigate electronics components failures, Lead Root Cause Analysis and define Corrective and Preventive Actions.

• Review product specifications, circuit diagrams, PCBA schematics, earthing & grounding requirements, technical documentation to verify Quality Requirements.

• Resolving product quality related concerns through close collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain Quality, Industrialization, Product Development, Field Technical Support and Field operations team.

• Conducting Field trials and validation of New Product Development.

• Perform Claim Analysis with focus to reduce Claims Per Thousand Units (CPTU).

• Preparation and release of Quality Toolbox Talk (QTBT) & Quality Bulletins.

 

What you bring

Expertise - Desired experience in Quality areas for at least 5 years.

Knowledge and Skills - Desired elevator products and processes knowledge, Strong understanding of electrical circuits, earthing systems, good Problem Solving and Analytical skills

Education - Bachelors in Electronics / Engineering
