Your main responsibilities

Job Description: New Installation Fulfillment Head

 

Overview: We are seeking a National Fulfillment Head to join our New Installation Business team. This role creates operational added value through the efficient use of tools and resources in the New Installations (NI) Fulfillment & Efficiency processes establishing actions to close capacity gaps on country level.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Partnership with NI Business Head, Field Operations Head, and Technical Head to define the country level fulfilment strategy to achieve targets in fulfilment, safety, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Strategic Leadership of Project Delivery: Drive the successful execution of fulfilment and project delivery across India by leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering superior customer satisfaction.
  • Executive Oversight of Budget & Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with senior leadership in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, with a sharp focus on identifying and achieving efficiency and performance targets at the national level.
  • Data-Driven Operational Excellence: Lead in-depth operational and financial performance reviews at both country and regional levels, identifying variances and implementing corrective strategies to ensure optimal results and alignment with KPIs. Coordinate and ensure that the Group Fulfillment processes (FF+), and key initiatives get thoroughly implemented and maintained by assuring that all involved stakeholders are well trained.
  • Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization: Oversee pre- and post-implementation gap analyses, champion best practices, and support regional teams through targeted process training and performance enhancement initiatives.
  • People Leadership & Talent Development: Cultivate a high-performing, growth-oriented team culture by mentoring and empowering team members. Provide strategic guidance to elevate technical capabilities and promote continuous professional development.
  • Organizational Development & Team Management: Take ownership of staff development through active coaching, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and operational excellence.
 

What you bring

Qualifications & Skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics), MBA preferred
  • Professional Experience: Desired experience in leading installation of volume business and large projects for overall 12 - 15 years and preferably 3-5 years in E&E industry
