Join us as a

Area Operations Support Administrator


Your Skills

Act as direct liaison between Field Operations (FO) and BSC Finance Managers with regards to daily activities, gaps and issues associated with Billing; Accounts Receivable; Accounts Payable; Cash Application and Payroll.  Establish closed loop process that includes the “customer”


Initiate & modify billing for all business lines when needed to supplement BSC billers


Initiate “working” sessions as required with billers and Field Operations (NI/Mod)


Schedule & participate in collection meetings with BSC


Monitor Accounts Payable vendor holds and drive workflow completion in FO


Work directly with BSC Payroll team for IUEC related escalations.


Provide Monthly report outs for all relevant KPIs to the Area AFC, SVP and the BSC

Excellent EXCEL and Power Point skills

Billing/Collection knowledge
High Level Payroll knowledge
Prefer Schindler/industry experience
